Rachel + Brad
Rachel played volleyball with both of Brad’s sisters but didn’t end up meeting him until a graduation party. They hit it off right away, and now, about 7 years later they are tying the knot!
“We both love having fun and goofing around together.” – Rachel
What Rachel thought was an impromptu lunch to “use up a gift card”, ended up being a day she’d never forget. Brad had bet that she’d ask to go to the scenic overlook near the restaurant before lunch, and he was right! He had her friends hiding in a nearby yard to record the proposal. After she said, “yes”, they headed into the restaurant to find both of their families waiting to celebrate!

I knew I wanted to spend forever with my love when…
Brad: “When I realized how many things we had in common and things we like to do together.”
Rachel: “He started to know everything about me and could always make me feel better no matter what.”
What is something you both have in common?
Brad: “We both love having lazy days. All of our hobbies and activities we do. As long as we are doing them together they are always fun!”
Rachel: “We both have a lot of the same hobbies, we both like to playfully make fun of each other, we both like sports, and we both love having fun and goofing around together and with friends.”
What is something that’s totally different about the two of you?
Brad: “Rachel has an addiction to Mexican food whether it’s tacos, chips and salsa with sour cream, or quesadillas. I like Mexican food but her blood type might be Taco Sauce.”
Rachel: “Brad’s more laid back and go with the flow and I can be more stressed and like to plan ahead.”
What is a fun fact/something people might not guess about your fiancé?
Brad: “She loves leaving cups of water all over the house after taking one drink.”
Rachel: “No matter what he’s eating, he has to have lights on (even if he’s eating potato chips while watching tv). He’s obsessed with flaming hot Cheetos. He’s a really good (goofy) dancer and loves to dance at weddings.”
