To say that I was honored to photograph Megan & Emily’s wedding would be an understatement. Megan was an usher in my own wedding & I photographed Megan’s surprise proposal to Emily. It’s so uplifting to see these two women who are so strong in their faith & in their love for each other. They are unwaveringly supportive of each other’s hope & dreams. Over two years later I’m still so happy to see their marriage grow each day. Love you two! Happy 2nd Anniversary + a couple of weeks! 😉

- Emily: “She gave me a little gold ring box with a folded heart in the middle. When I unfolded it, she had written “831” in the middle which means “I love you.” 8 letters, 3 words, 1 meaning.”
- What is something you both have in common?
- Megan: “We both want the same things in life.”
- Emily: “We both love to help other people, discuss about our faith, and love to learn new things.”
- What is something that’s totally different about the two of you?
- Megan: “We have drastically political views.”
- Emily: “Megan’s brain works completely different than mine. She’s more logical and I’m more creative.”
- What is a fun fact/something people might not guess about your fiancé?
- Megan: “She has Jesus scars. When she was little she was going down a water slide and somehow injured her feet and there are now scars on each that appear as if she had nails through her feet.”
- Emily: “One would think that Megan only likes cop shows, but she has a new-found love of Lord of the Rings.”
