He proposed to her during a camping trip on Memorial Day weekend, with help from their beautiful little daughter Aubrey. Camping is one of BreAunna & Brandon’s favorite things to do. They love making s’mores together, and especially eating them. When BreAunna was pregnant with Aubrey, that was her number one craving. Brandon would bring her s’mores blizzards from Dairy Queen. So something small like making s’mores is actually such a huge part of their love story. These are the things I love incorporating into portraits for my couples.
We decided to start their engagement session on her family’s campsite, we later got a few shots on the beach & dock by the Mississippi. Lastly we caught the sunset at my favorite silhouette spot off the highway outside of Bellevue. It was perfect.

- I knew I wanted to spend forever with my love when…
- BreAunna: “He was the person I wanted to be with on the good and bad days. He could make me smile with a simple note, and could cheer me up with a hug. All the walls I had built up around me came crashing down after knowing him such a short while. He has this magnetism about him that makes me want to spend all my days with him.”

- BreAunna: “We love being outdoors, doing something active.”

- BreAunna: “I like reality tv, he likes to watch tv to learn something, like the history channel.”
- Brandon: “Im kind of a neat freak and she is not.”
- What is a fun fact/something people might not guess about your fiancé?
- BreAunna: “He likes to sing Taylor Swift in the car.”
- Brandon: “She is a slight germaphobe.”
