We had a ton of fun exploring at the Swiss Valley Nature Center for Catherine & Joe’s engagement session, with their fur-baby Sampson. He was totally bored by me, and wondering why I wasn't interested in the water and overgrown places. Pretty sure he was thinking, "No way I'm taking this girl hunting again, she just doesn't get it." After that we headed to downtown Dubuque. It was super fun to mix in some more urban/architectural shots. When I said, "OK I'm going to have you two walk across that crosswalk." They replied, "Oh OK, like an Abbey Road vibe." YASSS! These are my people. This sentiment was proven further when they said they were headed home for a pizza + TV date night on the couch. Perfection.
